Lisa joined the practice in 2002. She is a qualified Dental nurse and has an NVQ in business administration. Lisa started off at the practice working alongside Mrs Moore, she became head nurse and decontamination lead in 2011 and then in 2015 she became the practice manager. Lisa prides herself on running a practice that always puts patient care first and she thoroughly enjoys leading her excellent team.

Meet the team
Dr Roger Moore
Roger Moore qualified in Birmingham in 1985. After 5 years in the military, Roger undertook his post graduate training in implantology. Over the years Roger has gained a Masters degree in Implantology as well as a membership of the Faculty of General dental Practitioners at the Royal College of Surgeons.
In 1992 he placed and restored his first implants in Borneo while working for the petrol company Shell. With 24 years experience in placing and restoring many different implant systems, Roger has trained around the world having attended courses in as diverse places as the Brånemark Clinic in Sweden, Singapore, Malta, France and the UK. He has lectured on implants in the USA, UK, France, Spain and Portugal. Over the years, he has also run a number of dental implant courses in his own practice as well as being asked to be a tutor on the Royal College of Surgeons masters degree in Implantology.
Outside of dentistry, Roger is a keen mountain biker and golfer. He also flies a microlight plane.
Dr Jacqui Moore
Jacqui qualified from Birmingham Univeristy in 1988 and has worked at this practice now for over thirteen years. Previously she lived in borneo for 8 years working as a locum for Gurkhas and Shell, during which time brought up 3 children.
She thoroughly enjoys the aestnhetic side of dentistry and endeavours to provide excellent results of a high standard, and since 2005 has offered facial aesthetics.
Dr Neil Tayler
Neil qualified at Birmingham Dental Hospital in 1985. He also has a masters degree in prosthetic dentistry which he gained in 2005. Neil joined our practice in 2003 when he returned to England after working for Shell in Brunei for 9 years as their company dentist.
Dr Carelyn Gore
Born in Ontario, Canada and a graduate of Kings College London, we are delighted to welcome Carelyn to the Roger Moore team. A highly qualified professional, Carelyn has BSc in Biology, University of Waterloo; MSc in Experimental Oral Pathology, Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry, Invisalign Provider; Six Month Smiles Provider; Inman Aligner Provider; SAAD trained and qualified to provide sedation, Anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers provider; post-graduate studies in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry.
Happily married, a keen traveller, chef and theatre lover, Carelyn is a welcome addition and we look forward to our patients enjoy her caring, skilled, gentle, family friendly and professional dentistry.
Dr Indrajith Jayaweera
Indrajith joins our team as of June 2017. He was a Principal and owner of a busy inner city practice in Birmingham for more than 12 years as well as being a trainer for newly qualified graduates for 10 years. Married with two kids, he enjoys hiking, jogging, travelling and spending time with family.
Emma joined our practice in 2006. She gained her Dental Hygiene and Therapy qualifications from Barts and the London school of medicine and dentistry. Over the years Emma has gained vast dental and clinical experience in working in various private, NHS, hospital and community settings across the UK providing hygiene care to patients of all ages. Emma’s love of dental hygiene fuels her desire of getting to know her patients and providing individual care for their specific needs. She is passionate about patient education and helping people understand the importance of complete oral care.
Linda joined our practice in 2007. She qualified as a dental hygienist at Kings college, London in 1977. Linda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the practice having worked for NHS, Cosmetic dentist’s, implantologist’s and also worked for several years in Saudi Arabia working alongside many different nationalities. Although nearing retirement Linda still has a passion and sympathetic approach of care to patients, especially those who are very nervous
Kerry joined our practice in 2012. She qualified as a dental hygienist at Leeds Dental Institute in 1995. Kerry is also qualified to carry out “Zoom” in surgery teeth whitening and has attended many specialist courses including how to care for implants. Kerry has many years experience and knowledge as a dental hygienist and in particular enjoys encouraging and motivating patients to improve their oral health
Zoe joined the practice in 1993 and is our longest standing member of staff. Zoe is a qualified Dental Nurse who enjoys all aspects of her job but in particular she enjoys her good relationship with her patients. Zoe works part time with Neil Tayler.
Natalie joined the practice in 2015. She is a qualified Dental nurse and trained receptionist. Natalie works one day a week on reception where she enjoys the interaction with patients and the remainder of her week she spends nursing for either Neil Tayler or Roger Moore
Paula joined the practice in 2003. She is a qualified Dental Nurse and enjoys all aspects of her job. Paula works part time with Mrs Moore.
Clare joined the practice in 1993. She is a qualified Dental Nurse. Clare enjoys all aspects of her job but in particular the interaction with patients and assisting with surgical procedures. Clare works part time with Roger Moore and Neil Tayler
Olivia joined the practice in 2012 as one of our decontamination assistants. Olivia was previously a crown court logger so it was a definite career change for her when she joined the practice. Olivia finds her role interesting and challenging and thoroughly enjoys coming to work
Sonja joined our practice in 2011 as our practice cleaner then in 2013 she also took on the role as decontamination assistant, job sharing with Olivia. Sonja enjoys both her roles within the practice and especially enjoys her good relationship with her colleagues
Sarah joined the practice in 2005 as a receptionist. Sarah enjoys all aspects of her job but in particular she enjoys the interaction with patients
Katie joined the practice in 2014 as a receptionist. Katie enjoys all aspects of her job but in particular she enjoys her extended duties assisting Roger Moore with his medico legal work and administrating the Roger Moore Dental Plan.
